Day 2 - Worlds largest wig found!

After our first night in a motel the car was still there and no-one had broken into it to steal my collection of Mento's from the arm rest pocket - super!. It did however have the oldest gas/petrol pump I had ever seen....
I think health and safety ought to check that pump out to make sure it reaches current regulations! We drove about 30mins down route 11 in Virginia to see the Natural Bridge - and boy was it a huge hole! You can just about make Steph out at the bottom right corner of the picture - she looks so schmall!!. The day was beautiful once again and we are hoping our luck with the weather carries on (It was about 65F). The trail was quite a long one though and required many drink stops and quite a few 'hand on hip posing points for me'We then set off on the long drive through West Virgina in search of Kentucky - it took forever!! We finally made it into Kentucky but just short of our destination (Mammoth Cave Park) due to fatigue and our desperation for food, stopping at Mt Sterling and bunking for the night in another 'Days in' Motel - it has a lovely view from the window......On a lighter note - America seems to love claiming fame to the worlds biggest "something" - we we think we may have found what appears to be the worlds biggest wig!...

Tomorrow were off to the Mammoth Cave - It best be big with a name like that! Night, Night all.
